I felt so terrible 3x in my life- the first was when I missed higher honours in Ateneo due to a low grade in Rizal which I took on a summer so I could finish ME in 4 and half years. The second was when I lost my mother to Typhoon Juaning. The third, yet more stinging, was when APEC ISOM was moved due to Ruby - it was Dec. Dec. 3, Thursday. After 6 months of preps and weeks of rehearsals and drills. It was to be the grand epiphany of Albay into the global tourism market. I really pray that our brother Leytenos need not go through that frustration. Its an ignominy they dont deserve.
