I finally got my MRI results back, turn out I have a tiny annular year centrally in the L5-S1 disc which is the lowest disc in the back, furthest down right by my tailbone, which would explain a lot! Since the tear is not large and luckily has not yet come in contact with either nerve on each side of it, they dont want to risk surgery at this time. Me and my chiro doc Vincent Adams talked it over and he thinks our best bet is to continue to do 3 treatments a week, the biggest thing for me is to stay away from re injuring it more or aggravating it worse, unfortunately 5weeks out Canadian Nationals that is a lot easier said than done as I want to be pushing myself as hard as I can but have to have the discipline to hold the intensity off on many exercises.. So all in all I think the results we got were good, considering on how much worse it could have been. More good news is that my Chiropractor Dr. Vincent Adams has agreed to take me on as a sponsored athlete!! Just shows there is good people out there and he sure is one of them, really wants to see me get better and is willing to put his own time and efforts in to try and make that happen. I greatly appreciate it and that motivates me and keeps me very focused! Now, if you dont mind I gotta finish up this cardio session😊 I gotta stage to on in 5 weeks😁😏 Thank you all for so much support, its so nice to see how much people actually care.
