I finally had my Kramer moment after being in suspense for FIVE - TopicsExpress

I finally had my Kramer moment after being in suspense for FIVE WEEKS. On Tuesday July 15 I went to the hospital in pain and was diagnosed with a kidney stone. Being the fool I am I thought it might result in 2 or 3 days of discomfort. A few days ago, on Sunday Aug 17, I had my Kramer moment, after FIVE WEEKS. And for the record, after your Kramer moment, you are not whistling and skipping around (nor do you do much whistling and skipping around while youre waiting for it). You whimper a little, then curl up in a corner and have a little cry. These things should not be called kidney stones, they should be called kidney shards of glass, or perhaps kidney sea urchins would more aptly describe them. Did I mention is was FIVE WEEKS?? Its taken me a few days to heal enough, both physically and emotionally, to be able to talk about it. One more thing, morphine is not all its cracked up to be! https://youtube/watch?v=uiioP_bQVMA&feature=share
