I find woman interesting to say the least in social settings.. Either some tend to send out the stink eye to someone they dont even know..... or some ( not all) want the stink eye sent to them..What is that? Its so weird....Check this out.. . last night...I waked into the bathroom at a restaurant and a woman was standing there in a beautiful dress ...just gorgeous.. I said wow ( now you all know I have NO filter on my mouth LOL) wow you look absolutely elegant.. and she looks at me all goofy and weird ..doesnt say thank you ..( now mind you, I didnt say that because thats what I wanted in return) She just did ..she was absolutely elegant instead.. she gives me the damn stink eye..What the hell was that?? LOL When I came out of the bathroom stall.. I said..Im sorry I didnt mean to startle you..But I just dont seem to have a filter on my mouth anymore. If someone looks nice? I say so.. She still gave me the stink eye... mumbled something... I have no idea what ...and I walked out.. So I came to this conclusion.. She didnt want a compliment.. She wanted envy ... She put all that work into picking out that dress.. doing her hair and makeup.. All to show up to this environment to receive envy.. I dont like receiving envy myself..It happens less to me now because of my age ..but? It still happens.. It makes me uncomfortable and it kinda hurts.. So Im am very conscious of not sending that vibe to anyone else.. My entire life I have been thin ... I cant help it.. and people have been kinda mean about it.. Women mostly.. but why would anyone want to go out to search for and receive envy? How could that possibly empower you? Wouldnt an authentic compliment feel much better? This is my humanitarian observation for the day... any thoughts?
