I forgot to post for Fridays session yesterday but here it is :) Im at 52kg in Bench Presses, and its getting tougher each time I go up in a weight. Its like once I get to my 7th rep, my arms are slowly turning into jelly and put the brakes on when Im half way up with the bar! As Rosie says.. thats when its time to focus and get ANGRY and to put ya angry face on :) lol It does work ya know! As for Chin Ups............ I still dont like them. Only for the fact that I am still a heavy person, and to lift up my 106kg body with 2 elastic straps only supporting me, and my poor arms having to lift myself up, its sooo tiring, but Im starting to feel the right technique to do these :) My shoulder blades are hurting and my arms of course.. BUT I didnt whinge about them this time. :) I took on these Chin Ups with a clear mind and focusing on telling myself that I can do this!! and I did. I still have a Looooooong way to go before I can lift myself up without NO elastic bands.. but Its made me realise that I have just put Chin-ups into my Im gunna beat this state of mind and its one of my goals now. Stuff you Chin -UPS!! Watch out.. Im sneaking up on you!! LOL Then we had to do the Incline Bench which felt great cos it stretched through all my chest. I will def do them again!! :) Followed next by Ring Pulls and Dips.. I was absolutely STUFFED!! But I have had a great week this week and I am very proud of myself of everything I am slowly achieving when I thought I could never ever do once before. Its amazing how good I feel inside.. full of energy and life! I love the liquid meals and the healthy food im eating each day. I actually look forward to training hard every day, each week.. and seeing what I can put my body through, as training is getting harder each week, which makes me think.. BRING IT ON!!! :) Ardie x
