I found an importer for Marie Sharps hot sauce from Belize. Maria Sharp uses habanero peppers, and it is plenty hot, but she uses carrot juice instead of tomato as the base, and it makes a big difference! You can really taste the pepper. I love the stuff! I have gotten folks at work hooked too, and because it is hard to come by, I purchased 350 bottles! I have them in my office. Fortunately my boss is one of the people that is buying them from me :) The importer also had Jamaican Ginger Beer. Not beer, but very strong ginger ale. If you like ginger like I do, and were not talking Gilligans Island here, it is amazing!
