I get so bugged by beads with ugly, indented ends. They arent pretty and they are miserable to work with as a jewelry maker. One CAN work with them, but the ugly ends force the jewelry person adapt to the materials, rather than offering the jewelry maker a smooth transition. People who insist that art is art have forgotten the functionality of beads as jewelry components. Its fine to make beads that are virtually non-functional if you are willing to accept the fact that you are deliberately limiting your market and devaluing your product by trying to sell beads with ugly, indented ends.
