I get so much more angry at the sloppy play, turnovers, consistently and horribly-timed penalties and wildly unnecessary playcalling than I do at the losses now. I never expect deep playoff runs, but I expect improvement and some semblance of discipline and football IQ when needed, at some point. Would Revis and Cromartie help us? Absolutely. Would it be nice to have a star WR whos over 6 tall? Yes. A true, prototypical franchise QB? Of course. But at the end of so many games like this one, I realize we could still beat any team in the league if wed just be smarter and more disciplined. No 1 guy we throw money at at a position of need changes that. We left 2 wins on the field in the 1st 3 games, and countless others in recent years.
