I going to paste the Obiter my lowest of the the low lawyer has on his web site. Obiter means a legal term for a statement say a judge may make that is not entirely necessary. This lawyer wanted me locked up. He got me drugged so I could not focus on my case after he failed to get me on a community treatment order. I had no disorder requiring this so he got a doctor to lie and fake letters from other doctors. I got a conviction for stalking as I yelled at my paedophile ex husband coming to my home to pick up my daughters. The court orders BANNED this. I paid this man around $130,000 dollars but he saw of course the ex was stealing a lot more money so he was bribed and he fight this man and others till I die. I can no longer get work due to the convictions. OBITER It ought to be the happiness and glory of a lawyer to live in the strictest union, the closest correspondence, and the most unreserved communication with his client. His clients wishes ought to have great weight with him; his opinions high respect; his business unremitted attention. It is a lawyers duty to sacrifice his repose, his pleasure and his satisfactions to those of his client, and above all, ever, and in all cases, to prefer their interest to his own. But his learning, his unbiased opinion, his mature judgment, his enlightened conscience, he ought not to sacrifice to his client nor to any man or to any set of men living. These he does not derive from his clients pleasure, no, nor from the Law and the Constitution. They are a trust from Providence, for the abuse of which he is deeply answerable. Your lawyer owes you not his industry only, but his judgment; and he betrays, instead of serving you, if he sacrifices it to your opinion.
