I got 9 9 Things You May Not Know About Me… 1. I was born to an unwed mother and raised from 2 yrs of age by my step father whom I called daddy all my life. 2. I became acquainted for the first time with my natural father at the age of 21 3. I love practicing my genealogy and finding all my long lost cousins I never knew I had before. Cindi Shurtz, Linda Landis Olson, Shawn Smith, and many more). 4. I had only sons of my own, but raised my oldest grand-daughter from age 3. Teenage girls can be much more of a handful than boys I have found out now! LOL 5. Yellow is my favorite color because it reminds me of bright sunshine. 6. I always loved the smell of sheets washed in a wringer washer and hung out in the sun to dry. 7. I have been to Elvis Presleys mansion in Memphis Tenn. First time I saw the states of Indiana, KY, TN and Arkansas. Before that I had never been outside MO other than to IL, IA, and KS. 8. I am a St Louis Cardinals fan and have been all my life thanks to my Athon uncles. Made my first trip to Busch Stadium this summer 2013. 9. Last but not least, I have made many mistakes in my life too numerous to mention. Without those mistakes I would never have learned anything. One thing I have done that I do not regret whatsoever is returning to school and getting my Bachelors degree in Health Care Administration with honors GPA 3.97 where I learned a lot about myself.
