I got my first scam I had never heard of...From The Windows Service Center. They could not tell me if they were from Dell or Microsoft. I followed the first set of instructions that showed bad events in my event viewer. They gave me a verification number that matched what I had in some run box. In the meantime I went into Google and found that this is a well known scam. I took his phone number and said I would call back. Just FYI. Now I have to see what the bad events mean.
