I had a horrible day today!! Did not have a nicotine patch in all day..bad idea..yelled at mykala and nate for no reason other than I was annoyed and wanted a cigarette. .I drank a coffee drink today and had frozen yogurt and pizza bite things...oh man did I screw up today all the way around! I have done so well for the last 3 1/2 weeks..strict diet and exercise!! I will not let this bring me down just so all know! I am putting this on fb to admit I had a bad day and we all do, and if this was 2, 4, 6 yrs ago with my many dieting journeys I would take it as failure and given up, but luckily I have grown and learned that I dont have to give up just cuz I have one bad day! On to tomorrow..it will be better and am gonna get up in the am and go jogging! And I bought some nicotine patches..I did not smoke but man did I want one..and just so everyone knows it is way easier to find cigarettes than nicotine patches..ijs!
