I had a really bad experience at Gargoyles restaurant. Every time I go there, its freezing. I was there last Thursday, wearing a sweater over my shirt, and I was uncomfortably cold. The hostess didnt inform any of the staff that we had been seated. We waited 25 minutes and no one took our drink order. We had to go up to the bar and request our drinks. The food took an extremely long time to get to us even though there were only six occupied tables in the restaurant. The servers spent more time chatting in the back than serving tables. I really want to like that place because it has a cool theme and good atmosphere, but the service, temperature, and food will stop be from going back.
