I had a situation occur at my office today, that no one ever wants to have happen. Fortunately for my client, the 911 operator and the EMS service were very professional and prompt. I mention this because lately, the news has seemed to want to air stories about bad 911 operator calls. Im grateful to be able to report a good outcome in this situation. And Im grateful to my other clients compassion and sensitivity, while their appointment was greatly affected by the situation. All is well.
