I had lot of respect for Capt Gopinath (founder of Air Deccan) for his philosophies & qualities like hard work, perseverance, commitment. His autobiography Simply Fly in which he narrates his journey from a village-boy to an entrepreneur who envisioned affordable flying, has inspired millions of young Indians. Surprisingly, he was in a party which had none of the above mentioned qualities. (The party does not believe in hard work & instead chooses sensationalism & media airtime. It does not believe in perseverance but in alleging others & name calling. It does not believe in commitment but in running away from responsibilities & blaming others for their failures) Today, he retained that respect by quitting the party which contradicts his philosophy & character. Capt Gopinath quits AAP. (Few mins ago, Shazia Ilmi also tendered her resignation in a press conference).
