I happen to be listening to the audiobook of J. Christian Adams’ “Injustice.” Attorney Adams quit the Dept. of Justice because they wouldn’t prosecute the New Black Panther voter intimidation case from Philadelphia. At approx. the 7h 34m mark Adams states that Atty. Gen. Holder and his radical underlings are now looking to sue schools that suspend or whatever black males in greater proportion than their percentage of the school population (9 percent) because that is alleged proof of discrimination against blacks. People like Rush Limbaugh – and myself – have criticized the schools for not sending Trayvon to Juvenile Court which might have taught them some respect or fear of the law – and may have resulted in Trayvon not being out roaming about the night he was killed, i.e., he would have been alive today. But the schools weren’t being derelict in their duty – they were being subordinated to the fed’s DOJ with fear of a lawsuit, loss of funding, bad publicity, etc.
