In case you miss this in the papers this week, SAGU is offer 5 different Youth Summer Sports Camps: Five sports are offered during month of July WAXAHACHIE, Texas -- A summer that has been chocked full of sports camps for children and teenagers is beginning to heat up at Southwestern Assemblies of God University. Each camp will be held on campus. Five different sports highlight the month of July before a special three-day Little Lions Day Camp in August. Each venue will be led by college coaches and athletes. Here is a summary of each event, which is open to the general public: Soccer Soccer Camp: July 8-10 for ages 5-15 from 9am until noon. $50 per camper ($80 for 2 siblings, $100 for 3 siblings) Baseball Nike Baseball Camp: July 20 - 23rd for ages 10-18 from 9 am - 9:00 pm. Cost: $295. Overnight: $395. Football Nike Football Camp: July 20 - 23rd, ages 8-18. Specialty Clinic: 9 am – noon. Cost: $145. General Skills: Day $395; Overnight $595. Volleyball Volleyball Camp: July 22 - 24th, for grades 7-8, from 9 am – noon. Grades 9-12 from 1-4 pm. Cost: $85. Basketball Basketball Camp: July 29 - 31st specializing in shooting techniques and one-on-one skills for ages 8-18. Cost: $200 for Overnighters, $120 for Day Campers.
