I hate bad business practices.. Time to share DO NOT USE Atlanta Georgia dumpsters atlantageorgiadumpster So to summarize what the below says, I ordered a rolloff dumpster on Friday with a verbal agreement to have delivery on Saturday august 30th. The company Atlanta Georgia Dumpsters charged me for the dumpster then never delivered it to the job site. I called about 1530 Friday to order it. I was emailed a form to fill out then fax back. I got that sent before 2300. I called at 0830 sat morning to get a confirmation of receipt from the Atlanta Georgia Dumpsters and a estimated time of delivery, I was told to the fax was not received. So with a different number than the one on the form I resent the fax and they got it, I was told the dumpster would be delivered early afternoon, I called at 1100 and was told late afternoon I called at 1700 and I was told the drivers would be running till dark and the driver would call before arriving if they dont make it tonight they will deliver on wed. I left the gate open all night but went to sleep Saturday night at 2300. With no dumpster and no call. I waited till 0830 this am and called again to get a delivery schedule and I was told the driver tried to deliver but there was no one at the location and there was no access and there was no where safe and secure to drop the dumpster. Infuriated at the lost of time and schedule and such I asked if they could deliver this momorning wed the 2nd and he said I was refunded the money but if wanted to fax the info again and pay again they might get one out to me late tuesday afternoon or wed morning Sorry that ix s as shirt as I could get it On Friday august 29th 2014, I contacted Atlanta Georgia dumpsters by phone, the dispatch assured me they would deliver a dumpster to my location. On Saturday august 30th. I proceeded to send my info to include debt card info and delivery location. By fax. The next morning sat I called in at 9:00am to get confirmation they received my fax and were sending a dumpster. The fax with my secure info was apparently lost in transit.. And I was given a different fax number from the one on their form. That fax processed and I was told I would receive a dumpster later that day. I arranged my help to be there for the rest of the week end to fill the dumpster and get my job completed. I called at 12:30pm for a schedule for delivery and I was told the driver will arrive mid afternoon. I waited till 5:45pm and I called again I was then told the drivers will be delivering till dark and would call when the were on the way I waited till after dark on Saturday then called my workers to cancel the weekend of work. I spent an entire day sitting at this jobsite waiting on a dumpster that I had already been charged for. I waited till 8:30am Tuesday morning September 2nd 2014 and I called Atlanta Georgia dumpsters, when I asked for a delivery schedule for the dumpster to be delivered I was told the driver tried to deliver and the site was unoccupied and there was no access and there was no where to drop the dumpster safely and securely when I questioned the dispatch for more information he then aggressively told me he was not driving bit if I wanted a dumpster then he would put in for delivery of one. I asked if it would be delivered before lunch and he said no late in the evening or Wednesday morning. This I would not agree to given I felt like I had already wasted enough of my time waiting I wanted atleast an estimated time within few hours. When I mentioned they had already wasted an entire day and lied about me not being on site I was angrily told he already had that discussion and he didnt drive so he doesnt know. He then suggested I pay for a dumpster again and wait for it to arrive. Meanwhile the original charge is still out of my bank but the dispatch assured me it was refunded. Soi have lost 390$ out in bank space waiting for it to be refunded atlantageorgiadumpster
