I hate to wake and the first person I think about is Maina Njenga. I wont spend the day on him. But I wish to understand this ICC thing he talks about. He claims the govt wants to kill him for refusing to record a statement. That can inly mean a statement favourable to Uhuru Kenyatta. Then he can only be called to ICC by Uhuru as his defence witness not as prosecution witness. My conclusion is that if Bensuda is not calling him as prosecution witness then noone is interested in killing him over ICC. That leaves only one conclusion, that his life is either not in danger or its in danger from other rivals.
