I have NEVER owned or been able to finance a vehicle newer than an 02-03 anything without a down payment of at least $500. It always came down to co-signing or a larger down payment. Come Friday, I get to leave the lot in a 2013 Chevy Cruz or Captiva and NO down payment!! My sellsman worked his a** off to get me out of an upside down loan on my 02 PT Cruiser and words cannot express my graditude tonight. Last Saturday felt like such a wasted day. I walked away with No immediate answers or resolution and spent the whole day waiting patiently in the dealership lobby, test driving vehicles I thought Id NEVER qualify for. Today was confirmation that it wasnt all for nothing and that persistence is key: I am truly a RISK TAKER when it comes to opportunities and I almost NEVER know the outcome but the worst that can EVER be said is NO and thats something Ive never had an issue with accepting... Im not trying to brag or boast, Im just SUPER happy and excited about my new ride and wanted to share....
