Big thanks to all the crews who flew flags for Flags on the 48 Saturday! And extra big thanks to the Black Hawk crew - what a treat to have you fly over! Mark and I decided to scope out the trail between Galehead Hut and Garfield for a potential winter hike between the two. We hiked up to Galehead Hut, talked with 2 thru hikers for a bit, then headed out to Garfield. We met Richard Harris coming off Garfield - good to meet you! And Dick Bedard was part of the flag crew on Garfield - thank you and a pleasure talking to you!
