I have a 2013 Fusion Hybrid. Have had several issues with it. Been in and out of the shop for 90+ days. Filed lemon law and it went in for 2.5 weeks and was told the repairs had all been fixed. On my way home it broke down three times. The final time I lost my breaks and steering. Put my hazards on and come to find out they were not even working.. Had it towed back to the ford dealership. Asked Ford to replace the car, they said give them a couple weeks. Its been 3 weeks and the legal analyst Sonya keeps putting off my calls and when we do speak she keeps saying I will ask my manager for a status update and call you back.... She never does... I believe in the Ford company but am losing faith fast. Please can someone at Ford who cares respond!
