I have a bunch of goals for 2015; squatting 200 lbs is one of them. I was up to 185 before my two week work trip. Since Ive gotten back Ive struggled a little bit and havent hit 185 since. Like weight loss - gaining strength isnt always linear but I was also having trouble with my form. Enter: video. (FYI - this was 10x1 at 90%). What Ive learned from watching this video: 1). Those are the most unflattering workout pants ever. I had no idea thats what my ass looked like in them and Im never wearing them again. A special thanks to my husband for not telling me about this anytime over the last two years. 2). I need to get a little lower on my squat and push my chest out.
