I have a huge smile on my face. Ive just been paid good money. The amount Ive just received means I dont have to work for the whole month of October. My boss back home is okay with that. So this allows me to focus entirely on studying and preparing for my exams, which start in November. I will be able to focus fully on Economics (the subject that gives me problems) without having any worries about rent, groceries, electricity and other responsibilities. I am prepared to work hard for every cent in my bank account. Theres one thing I refuse to do, and that is to be financed by a man. Id rather collapse from exhaustion than arrive at a point where I depend on a man to maintain me. The thought alone traumatises me.
