I have a question for all our friends on this page, especially the home owners, property owners, real estate professionals and anyone that has a business on Myrtle Avenue. What is going on with all the spas opening up on Myrtle Avenue? Why are they so secretive? Why is it that we are seeing more and more of them popping up in our neighborhood? Why is it that many of them turn potential female clients away (I have witnessed this with my own eyes)? Which local agency monitors these businesses to make sure they are legitimate? I am only bringing this up because every time we have a commercial vacancy in our neighborhood, it seems like the first people trying to rent the spot are these spa owners.
