I have a wicked sense of humor when it comes to Mothers Day. I found my biological mother. I asked her why things occurred as they did. I let her know that I became someone. A soldier, scholar , wheelchair athlete and most importantly a father. I told her about my Mom who raised me . At times being both a mother and a father. The childrens home that I lived in and then I told her one last thing. Thank you for being my Mom. The Mom that brought me into this world. The way I was raised is a testament to my Mom. The person in me who will never give up. The hard worker and dedication all came from my Mom. I am so bad at communication. So many women have been a mother figure in my life. Kathy my Mom since I was 3 or 4 is my ultimate hero. Forgive my sense of humor. Please remember the Mom who cant be with their children. That pain is beyond comprehension. Pray for all Moms. Time to rest as I will be training tomorrow. May lifes blessings and peace be with you. Simply me.
