I have an on going complaint with the BBB regarding an issue with ATT internet that I have had to spend close to 8 hours resolving. The issue basically involves a disconnect between the ATT store that took my order to establish internet service and the part of the company that sets up the service. The bottom line is that I now have been offered two months credit for internet service. (14.95 x 2 = $29.90). Att feels that my time and effort is worth $3.74/hour. I rejected the offer through the BBB site and counter offered that a credit of no less than $100 would be acceptable. Will be interesting to see how this plays out.
