TAKE ACTION -->> wefb.it/E27078 Nearly two years ago today, Oreo the carriage horse was spooked by loud construction equipment. In a panic, he overturned his carriage with passengers and bolted through five blocks of dangerous rush hour traffic. The terrified horse had to be tranquilized by NYPD in front of horrified tourists and residents, as you see here. Thankfully, Oreo is no longer working city streets and now lives on a private estate, but no horse should ever have to endure what these gentle giants face every day.
