I have another book to recommend to yall. Its called _Eat, Move, Sleep_ by Tom Rath. Im listening to the audiobook (read by the author, who is not the most compelling narrator, but perfectly competent). Anyway - the book is broken into many shirt chapters, each of which covers one point about eating, one about moving, and one about sleeping. Its a very easy read, and he ends each chapter with challenges to try in your daily life. The author has a genetic predisposition to tumor development, and has done tons of research on ways to keep his own body as healthy as possible. The book has a nice balance between science and personal experience. His message is that every small choice you make about food, movement, and sleep can have big effects later, not just in your long-term health, but how you feel and interact with others now (or later in the day, all day).
