I have been following all of your posts with interest and admiration - how wonderful to have so many local athletes in such a supportive environment! Havent posted myself because, well, I just havent been training. I let too many things (minor injuries, life, general laziness, etc.) get in the way. However, this page has been inspirational and yesterday I started training again - my first activity since the local tri in June. My body and mind are feeling energized once again.... Will start with a half marathon in January and see where it goes from there.
