I have been made aware of potential issues with some of our customer’s credit cards. While I am very confident of this amazing staff that I am lucky enough to have, I cannot say the same thing about all of this technology involved in the approval process for credit cards. While it has not been confirmed, I want to first and foremost tell you that I have been in heavy communication with my processor, my point of sale terminal people, and the Wentzville police department. I have taken extra precaution to secure our network with new computers, new software, new hardware, new credit card terminals, and new firewalls to ensure the security of our customer’s personal information. If you are concerned about the security of your credit card information, please don’t hesitate to call your financial institution, the Wentzville police department or contact me personally.
