I have been reading the social media kvetching concerning todays SCOTUS Hobby Lobby ruling. It is abundantly apparent most of the aggrieved commentors have not read the actual majority opinion. Rather, they have armed themselves with misinformation regarding the implications of what SCOTUS handed down and hit the road to Skyisfallington. Sometimes SCOTUS goes your way and sometimes not. If you think you know better, you should have gone to law school, passed the bar, gotten appointed to the bench, and hit the Federal Appellate career track. If you are not on the way to the big bench, you are pretty much left with these three options: Suck it up and move forward. Find another case which may bring about a different result once it winds through the judiciary and if SCOTUS bothers to hear it. Amend the Constitution on the matter and remove it from SCOTUS considetation. Over and out.
