I have been suffering from Sever Hyper Acidity for 2 years now. And ive taken over the counter meds to cure it, but it only relieves me for a while. So i searched online on alternatives on how to cure hyper acidity and found an article recommending the use of Apple Cider Vinegar. So i tried it a few minutes ago because I was having another episode, and voila! it worked like magic! this is way better than over the counter meds or prescription meds because it costs far less and because it does not harm other organs in your body especially your kidneys. Heres the formula: 2Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar into 1 cup of cold water.
