I have been told as a freelance and agency model that Im too fat, too short (like I was rejected by many different agencies until I was accepted into one) and amongst other things. Its a tough industry and its not easy work. I have been modelling for almost two years now...ACTIVELY. There is a lot of people Ive met along the way that are good and friendly but really, on the contrary, I have received the criticism and being taken advantage of that shattered me to pieces and hurt my self esteem. I really do feel models are just a coat hanger. It is more than just getting glammed up...theres a business side to it. Social media. Networking.
