Leaders that lift them up, not put them down. Leaders who understand that their role is to spread prosperity by reveling in and encouraging success and not to spreadk poverty and its effects by inciting hatred and advancing clan agenda! Leaders who shall never rely dishonesty. Leaders who give respect first then earn it later in return without demands. Leaders who view not with enmity those who have different opinion. Leaders who realize their mistakes admit them then call for work from those they lead to make things right.????
