I was the recipient of an Illegally Issued PARKING FINE this morning, (THE STRAW THAT BROKE THE CAMELS BACK) for overstaying the dictated one hour limit in Katherine Terrace, which is part of the Stuart Highway, land owned and administered by State Government, not council administered land. Local Councils are not Legally Recognised Government Bodies they are Corporations (They are not Legally able to impose Fines and Penalties, they do not have the Legal Commonwealth Government Authority to do so) Land Rates, Fines and other Taxes imposed on Citizens is therefore Illegal.
