Monday is the day we all take a moment and remember all the tremendously brave men and women who gave ALL to defend our precious freedom and way of life in this the greatest country in the world- we will be doing MURPH- heats at 9-9:30- and 10:00-- warm-ups 15 minutes before start-- come and join us as we give of ourselves to honor lieutenant Michael Murphy and ALL fallen heroes-- ( remainder of the days classes will be cancelled for the holiday and resume as normal on Tuesday)
