I have gotten quite a few questions since I started this page so I want to answer for anyone who might be interested. First, thank you for liking my page and I promise not to make you crazy with posts of skinny couples kissing on some exotic beach! 1. Most of my friends ask me - how do you get paid or what does it cost me to book with you? Nothing, not a thing; I get paid by suppliers and wholesalers. And it wont cost you more for me to book for you - it will actually probably cost you less because the agency I am with (Dugans Travels) has preferred suppliers and relationships with many vendors, as well as 600 other agents that I can ask for suggestions. Also, I can price-match just about anything you can find on the internet. 2. And herein lies most of the questions - why wouldnt you just book your own stuff on the internet? Well, I could probably cut and color my own hair at quite a savings - it might look super scary - but Id rather leave it to a professional that has training and thats what Im offering you. I have lots of travel expertise myself and I have had the opportunity to attend shows and seminars for knowledge about places that I havent traveled so that I can pick the place that best fits you. 3. Im a real person. If youre stuck at an airport, if you lose your passport, if your hotel gives you the wrong room or any other crazy thing that can go wrong, you can call me and I will help you to resolve the problem. You cant get that with an internet site. Im your safety net. 4. Im all about the experience. From the minute you call or message me, I start thinking about you and what I know about you that you like. What kind of restaurants, what kind of museums, what kind of excursions....lots of choices and I love matching up my clients with what they will really enjoy. I spend countless hours finding you a perfect experience so that you can spend your time more wisely some other way (with your family or working to pay for your vacations ha!). And because you are using a travel agent, you often get VIP service that you wouldnt otherwise get. This is my new job and if you trust me to help you, I wont disappoint you.
