I have great life changing news. Instead of subletting my place while I am in England my wonderful landlord has made me a great deal where I pay a modest monthly sum and get to keep my belongs safe and dry for my return. That means that I dont have to sell most of my belongings... and buy them all back...... I can keep my Flat screen and computer and instruments All the stuff that I have already sold or given away was meant to go to a good home (like Project Purr anyway.... I am SO happy - (Pharell dance break here) of course I am still on the path of decluttering as I got to look at 20 years of accumulation and decide that its time to shed some weight. Talking of shedding weight I have the OK from my doc to get back in the pool this weekend. Are any of my friends members of TOADAL FITNESS (I have access to downtown / westside and Cabrillo fitness) I am looking for some company. I got some of the bloodwork numbers back and my triglycerides are high Kyre Adept Marilyn Madden Melissa Stone Santangelo Jeanne Simari and all my many healthy gurus let me know any tips or diet changes (that I am not doing already) My Good Cholesterol is great (thanks to all the walking I do). Part of it is genetic - my doc is talking a statin lowering drug which I want to avoid......
