I have had an excellent career as an MC. Probably the UKs busiest, 140 shows since 2010?!? As of 2015 ill be slowing it down a bit :) Events in my life recently have made me realise i need to take time to make myself happy, ive burnt the candle at both ends for far too long and to be honest its taking its toll a little. Im not hanging up the mic completely, im still gonna do some shows that im on a promise to do next year and the abroad ones (cos i like airport coffee) but i am slowing it right down and to be honest i wanna be doing 3 or 4 shows a year- not 20 or 30. Ive got new committments now what with the dressage horse and id really like my weekends back as i wanna dress up like a ponce and compete on horseback. So sadly i wont be taking any new bookings for next year unless its already booked (ktmma, ronin, siam warriors, norway and SFS) Ive given a lot to audiences and hope i did well, but i need to focus on what makes me happy rather than be bombing round the country on no sleep every other weekend living this alter ego/bravado for an audiences sake Its been a great journey and im grateful for every show ive done, but this old dog is tired out now, im not TOTALLY out of the game (call it a partial retirement? Lol) But Kyle Ringannouncer is being put to bed in 2015 only occasionally popping out to say hi on the larger stage :) I hope you understand, and thanks :) K
