I have just finished co-conducting a Training on "Customer Service Excellence", the fundamental of Quality Service, with active participants who took the engagement to change positively thier "State of Mind" to be "Quality Service Oreinted" as new quality service observers in oder to positively impact thier respective companies and positively impact Cameroon as a whole.
