I have lost 14.5 pounds in the last 5 weeks. I have pretty much just given up soda. I AM trying to eat better and not eat sweets/treats, but I cant say that I have been perfect. I have only worked out twice :( And although its nice to be down some pounds, I know I need to do more to get my body to where I want it. Its my birthday tomorrow and Im taking the weekend off and not feeling guilty. Then Im going right back at it Monday and going to focus more on cardio and light lifting. No, Im not interested in buying any of your products to help me lose weight faster(We dont have the money for it, and even if we did, I probably wouldnt buy it still). I appreciate you thinking of me andofferinging to help me along this journey, but Im confident that I can do it myself, if I give my body the right things that I know it needs(I just dont always do what I know I should be doing lol) What is something that you have given up lately or something you have been wanting to give up?
