I have read on the net and in books all about the kind of blender - TopicsExpress

I have read on the net and in books all about the kind of blender we should have for smoothies and the kind of dehydrator we should have, the make of juicer and at the price of some of these I cringe! Im sure a lot of people on a budget are put off by this. Yes I dont doubt the top models are the best to have but what if you cant afford them? And what if, even if you could afford them, you cant justify it - because the kids need new shoes, or the cat needs the vet (God forbid!) Well, you can do without! Below is my juicer; £29.99 from UKJuicers. My blender is from Tesco (again £29.99) and my dehydrator was an inexpensive one from Amazon - £40.00. I have been using these for a long time now and theyre just fine. Dont let the thought of shelling out tons of money put you off having a go - please! I have written a review of my juicer here; ukjuicers/lexen-healthy-juicer#Reviews The dehydrator is this one; amazon.co.uk/Dehydrator-Preserver-Adjustable-Temperature-Control/dp/B00FSDRHS2/ref=sr_1_11?ie=UTF8&qid=1394439249&sr=8-11&keywords=dehydrator I opted for this model because it gets rave reviews from Gardening News - and thats good enough for me. I have been really pleased with it. There is, however, one piece of kit I havent scrimped on and thats my sprouter. I bought the EasyGreen automatic and Im so glad I did. Again, from UKJuicers and heres my review of that; ukjuicers/easygreen-automatic-sprouter-plus-wheatgrass-tray#Reviews This is an awesome addition to my living foods regime and I wouldnt be without it! Anyway - heres some photos. If you have any questions - please dont hesitate to ask.
