I have received several documents from PINS regarding the written representations. Unless I am mistaken it appears that the lady is appealing the whole damn thing (or maybe I am wrong) on point 32 of her submission she states that 6 of us me included stated in written and verbal evidence, that we only started using the walk in question, when the fishing club prevented us from using riverside walk. I cant speak for the other 5 but She is mistaken in my case as I quite clearly say both routes were used. I am going to send a copy of my letter which was my verbal evidence to PINS high lighting that section. I am surprised that people far cleverer than me can make so many mistakes, as was shown in the original inquiry. Oh well another 12 shillings!
