I have spent the last month being telephone support for my first cousin, Stephanie Heyman while my aunt, Bobbye Hall, has been on Hospice. Bobbye passed away today at 4 PM. Bobbye suffered a CVA 4 years ago-same weekend I moved out on my own, separated, preparing for divorce. Bobbye was left a R sided hemi-paraplegic. Stephanie provided her care totally, except for hospital stays, during this time. Bobbye was the last of that generation in my family. Bobbye was a high school business teacher in Augusta, GA until her medical conditions forced her retirement. She was actively involved in her church with choir and keyboard accompaniment. She had the Wagar sense of humor. She was a beloved mother to Stephanie and grandmother to Stephanies sons Benjamin and Matthew. I would not trade the trust Stephanie placed in me by asking for my assistance through this transition. I love my cousin and loved my aunt. Please keep them in your prayers.
