I have to say great job Nikki Leighton you survived working in with me today... Focused in on shoulders, biceps, and triceps consisting of 3 sets each with increased weight each time exorcised as followed : Shoulders: reversed flys on cable machine, shoulder press with dumbbells, front and side raise laterals with dumbbells. Biceps: preacher curls with dumbbells, controlled curls with dumbbells, cross overs with dumbbells. Triceps: standing dumbbell tricep extension, tricep push downs, and dips. Killed her with the stair master to top it off. Tips are always good to know when you are being serious, we all need to learn new things. Its extremely serious when you are a weight lifter ALWAYS respect the weight!
