I have to share this video again because everytime i see this video i feel excited and delighted for staying in Punggol. Punggol use to be a very ulu town where everybody stay away thinking its too out of way and no amenities. In fact i am one of them but only after a few failed attempts to get a BTO at Bedok, we decided to go for a flat in Punggol and i have not regretted ever since. Especially after i began to understand her, its future developments and how we can benefits after all the amenities and infrastructure starts to complete. And of coz my flat will increase in value too! The only regret is, we did not buy an EC back then. Because being in the property industry let me understand the value and prospect of investing in property. Especially in this kinda market, EC makes even more sense. Where else can you find a product like EC where you can buy a Condominium at 20 to 30% cheaper? Furthermore i can gain back this 30% after the EC privatised! And that have not include market movement of private property market. Looking at all these new EC project and private condo projects, EC is no different with Private Condo, infact some EC have better layout and facilities compare to Private Condo near by.
