I have to share with you the best trick that I have learned this summer. My kids love popcorn, but I cant stomach giving them the microwave kind. At least once a week, I lug out the air popper and make a racket while everyone else is watching the movie! My cousin showed me her fast and easy trick for making air popped popcorn and I cant wait for you to try it. All you need are a couple of old-school brown paper lunch bags. (You know, the ones we used to take our lunches to school), some corn kernels and a microwave. 1. Put a single layer of corn kernels in the bottom of a brown bag, dont be too fussy, just enough to cover the bottom of the bag. 2. Fold the bag over a few times and put it in the microwave. 3. Turn it on for 2 minutes and watch it pop! It is seriously that easy! I spray the popcorn with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and let them eat it right out of the bag. No bowls to clean and no more lugging the pop corn maker out! YAHOO. Happy Movie Night.
