I heard a great story on the radio today ...The Principal of the Marstons Mills Elementary School challenged the students to read ...He said he would shave his head if his students racked up 50,000 minutes of reading in a certain time frame. As the time approached he noticed the students were over the 50G mark so he said if you do 70,000 minutes Ill kiss a farm animal (reportedly a pig) ...haha ....It gets better ......The kids hit that mark in advance! So his final bet was if you read 100,000 minutes ...Ill do a polar dip in the ocean. ....Guess what? ....The final tally was 130,000 minutes and today is the day he has to pay up ....So if you are near a beach this afternoon and see a bald man heading for the surf....You have the scoop. LOL .....Hooray for the kids and a big thumbs up to a man who obviously cares deeply.
