I heard that the Mayor can do what he wants! This is wrong all actions by the Mayor is to run the day to day operations of the City of Jackson. The Mayor is obligated to provide the basic Services to maintain and improve the quality of life of all citizens of Jackson. Mayor is obligated to protect all residents and guest of the City of Jackson health and welfare. The Mayor should select the Best Qualified individuals for positions in his administration in order to achieve the requirements of his office. So would someone please tell Yarber to start doing his job! The only hope Jackson have is that the Jackson City Council through their confirmation hearings protect the rights of the citizens of Jackson and people we now have a new council members are representing the interest of their ward that the egos of a demented and lying Mayor!
